​Refunds & Exchanges

​​​Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping and Handling:​

Although the money may have left your account it takes a minimum of 3 business days for the payment to be completed. Before you check out please make sure that is the hair you want. Once purchase is complete no changes will be made.

Once mailed the package will arrive in 5-10 DAYS via usps. We've been told it comes earlier than that. ONCE MAILED WE ARE  NOT RESPONSIBLE.

Adverse weather may cause a delay in shipping. If this happens, we apologize for any delays but will not be responsible for any delays nor will any refunds on the cost of shipping nor the cost of a purchase be refunded.
